I am happy to accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery, dispatch items back within 21 days of delivery and request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase

In case of a return, the costs of delivery are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for organising and paying for the return delivery costs.

The delivery charge is an estimate only. I am based in Knutsford in Cheshire and am happy to deliver locally for a small charge or for you to pick up. Otherwise, the delivery cost will depend on your location and the size of the item. To get an accurate delivery quote suited to your needs, please request a quote via the submission form stating the item of interest, your postcode and which floor it needs to be delivered to.

We are proud of our work and pay great attention to the quality of every piece. However, all of our pieces are vintage items and may show minor imperfections due to their previous life (not all of them have been 'previously loved'!). Whilst we make every effort to clean them up, fill in the dents, tighten the screws and mitigate the years of wear and tear, there will inevitably be minor defects. I recommend that you look on these as adding character and personality to each piece.
